Who we are

What we collect through the contact form

When you use the “Request a conversation” form we collect your name, your email address, the option you choose if you pick one, and the message you write. The form also records the time you spent on the page and the page you sent it from, so we can prevent automated spam.

Why we collect it

We use this information to reply to you and to arrange a conversation. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it goes

Your request is stored in a private spreadsheet and sent by email to the StillGround Partners team. Our email and storage are provided by Google Workspace. We also send you an automatic confirmation that we have your message.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as they are needed to respond to you and to follow up on any conversation, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@stillgroundpartners.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and its date.
