Ellie: human-centered coaching, private by architecture.

Built on twenty-five years of consulting, Ellie is a coach for the moments that land hardest: the feedback you have been putting off, the dynamic that keeps replaying, the identity that is shifting. It supports a person’s own thinking. It does not stand in for the people around them. It helps you find your footing.

Ellie is in beta.

People stay in the loop.

You decide.

Ellie offers choices, not a script. It remembers what you share so the coaching builds over time, and you can review, correct or delete anything it holds about you, at any time.

People lead the work.

Ellie works alongside the human work: weekly coaching with a person, and consulting led by people who go into organizations and stay until the work is real.

The loop runs both ways.

What Ellie surfaces, in aggregate and anonymized, informs the consulting work. What we learn in the consulting work shapes how Ellie develops.

Privacy by architecture. Not a policy. A data model.

Your conversations with Ellie are private to you. Your employer cannot see them, and neither can your manager. It is a structural guarantee, not a promise.

Yours alone

Nothing you share is visible to your employer, your People team or anyone else: not the content, not the themes, not any inference drawn from it.

Patterns, never people

Where organizations see aggregate signals, no individual can be identified within them. The thresholds that make that true are enforced in code, not managed in a settings panel.

Memory you control

Review, correct or delete anything Ellie holds about you, at any time. Memory belongs to the person, not the platform.

What is yours

  • Your conversation history
  • What Ellie has learned about you
  • Your reflections and patterns over time
  • The ability to edit or delete your memory

What no one else can see

  • Your conversation content
  • Your individual patterns or themes
  • Anything that identifies you

Private by design. Yours alone.

Two ways in.

For you

A direct subscription for any individual, and free for retreat clients. Ellie treats you as a whole person: at work, in partnerships, as a parent, sibling or adult child, and through transitions, community and identity.

For your organization

Available to every person, from your earliest-career employees to your most senior leaders, with anonymized collective insights for your People leaders. See a sample of what they see. Hands-on consulting can sit alongside it.

What your organization sees: patterns, never people.

Ellie gives People leaders a view of how a cohort is growing, with real business signals and no individual ever identifiable.

A comparison, not a claim of cause. If a quarter of the gap were due to Ellie, that is about $41,000 to $61,500 in avoided turnover cost. A scenario, not a measurement.

This is a shortened, restyled sample with illustrative figures for an example organization of 200 people. It shows the shape of the insights, not a customer’s results. Real figures depend on your organization, and the dollar estimate uses only the figures you provide.

A coach. Not a chatbot, and not a clinic.

The gap between “I’m fine” and “I need a therapist” is where most leaders actually live. Ellie is built for that space: in the moment, at every level, for the whole person.

Every conversation runs on a four-part framework.

  1. AssessUnderstand what is happening in the room, in the dynamic and in yourself.
  2. RegulateMake it possible to think and act with intention, without suppressing anything or performing a calm you do not feel.
  3. RespondFind your response, not the perfect one. Ellie offers choices, not a script.
  4. ReflectBuild real competence over time, without getting lost in self-criticism.

Ellie grew out of EILI, the Emotional Intelligence Leadership Institute. The hands-on consulting side of that work is part of what Magnus does: see people and culture.

Start with a conversation.

Tell us what you are working with. A person reads every request and will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Confidential. No pitch. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
